Daniel is unbelievable — he redid our old, slanted, dangerous wooden steps into the basement in about 3 hours. He cleaned up and hauled out all the old wood. You can see his knowledge and experience by the way he works. Can’t wait for my next project to be done by Petralia LLC. By the way, he called asking me if he can bring ME coffee before arriving…just a great guy all around!

“I recently retained Dan and his crew to restore the concrete steps on my house, in addition to skim coating the utility room. His quote was the best. His work was outstanding! The craftsmanship is something you would have experienced years ago…as in someone who takes pride in his work. Appeared when he said he would, performed the tasks exactly how he explained…and then some! Overall, a pleasure to deal with and no complaints at all. I highly recommend Dan – you won’t be disappointed!”
